President's Message
Dear friends and partners,
2025 was a year of maturity and concrete impact for APDCC. We grew as a team, expanded our partnerships, and reaffirmed that our mission — to support young people, families and the communities of Miercurea-Ciuc and the surrounding area through education, culture, social services and mental health — is more necessary than ever.
Every project presented in this report left a real mark on people's lives. CLOUD YOUTH Festival 2025 brought together thousands of young people in a space of dialogue and creativity. The Mental Health Interventions Programme directly supported 250 teachers, students and parents. Our educational projects contributed to a safer and healthier school climate.
Our social programmes also play a significant role in the life of our community. Through the Warm Meal Programme, we provide a warm lunch every day for 40 disadvantaged elderly people, contributing to their well-being and quality of life. Our association is committed to supporting and socially integrating people with disabilities, and our programmes place particular emphasis on promoting equal opportunities. In line with this commitment, our organisation also employs workers with disabilities, fostering inclusive and responsible community building.
I thank our partners, sponsors, volunteers and colleagues who made possible everything you read in these pages.
With respect, Gábor Zsuzsa

— Culture and youth – promoting artistic expression, dialogue and personal development among Generation Z.
— Mental health – mental hygiene programmes, abuse prevention and community inclusion.
— Community care – accredited social services for vulnerable elderly people in rural areas, through home delivery of hot meals and combating social isolation in Păuleni-Ciuc commune.
— Authorised protected unit – creating jobs for people with disabilities through the operation of an authorised protected unit offering cleaning, building care and transport services, promoting socio-professional inclusion.
