President's Message
Dear friends and partners,
2025 was a year of maturity and concrete impact for APDCC. We grew as a team, expanded our partnerships, and reaffirmed that our mission — to support young people, families and communities in Miercurea-Ciuc through education, culture and mental health — is more necessary than ever.
Every project presented in this report left a real mark on people's lives. CLOUD YOUTH Festival 2025 brought together thousands of young people in a space of dialogue and creativity. The Mental Health Interventions Programme directly supported 250 teachers, students and parents. Our educational projects contributed to a safer and healthier school climate.
I thank our partners, sponsors, volunteers and colleagues who made possible everything you read in these pages.
With respect, Gábor Zsuzsa — President, APDCC
What we do
Strategic Pillars
— Education and prevention – supporting students, teachers and parents for a safe and healthy school climate.
— Culture and youth – promoting artistic expression, dialogue and personal development among Generation Z.
— Mental health – mental hygiene programmes, abuse prevention and community inclusion.
— Community care – accredited social services for vulnerable elderly people in rural areas, through home delivery of hot meals and combating social isolation in Păuleni-Ciuc commune.
— Authorised protected unit – creating jobs for people with disabilities through the operation of an authorised protected unit offering cleaning, building care and transport services, promoting socio-professional inclusion.
