The target group of the service is the population living in these small localities, primarily elderly, ill, and socially disadvantaged elderly persons. In Romania, whether a household is located in an urban or rural environment is a significant indicator of its level of social exclusion or poverty.
Result
The Șoimeni community care service represents a concrete and necessary intervention for the vulnerable elderly population in rural areas. APDCC aims to expand the number of beneficiaries to the maximum capacity of 60 persons and to broaden the range of services.
