The Psychodrama for Students project organizes two psychodrama groups in schools in Miercurea Ciuc.
Why Psychodrama and Autogenic Training
Child psychodrama and autogenic training support students' personality development and creativity. Both methods are suitable for:
- reducing everyday stress;
- processing current and long-term conflicts;
- helping anxious or withdrawn children;
- supporting community integration;
- safely processing traumas.
Goals
- strengthening socio-emotional skills;
- reducing stress and anxiety symptoms;
- improving classroom community relationships;
- creating a safe space for self-expression and reflection.
Groups and Methodology
- 2 student groups;
- sessions led by specialists with role play, sharing and reflection;
- initial and final evaluation tools.
Budget
7,000 RON, of which 6,000 RON funded by "ING Service for the Community" Association.
