Why It Matters

The educational environment faces major challenges: rising stress among students, overloaded teachers and poor school-family communication. The project contributed to improving the school climate, preventing emotional problems and building a more resilient educational community.

Project Description

The project aimed to develop and implement a comprehensive psychological support and training programme for three fundamental groups within the educational system: teachers, students and parents. Activities ran over six months, addressing an urgent need: rising levels of stress, anxiety, professional burnout and relational difficulties. A structured framework was created to develop emotional competencies, prevent pedagogical burnout and promote psychological wellbeing.
